Both megastar Will Smith and President Barack Obama have agreed that the movie about his life story will cast Will Smith in the role of Barack Obama. My question is: Who will play Michelle?
Kimberly Elise (left) would be a great choice in my opinion because she’s a great actress with range. Regina King (right) also would be a good choice. What do you think? Who should play the role of Michelle Obama? I’m sure Overbrook (Will & Jada’s production company) will do a great job with this movie, nomatter who’s cast as Michelle. I’m looking forward to seeing it in the future.

I didn’t know about this. I’m not surprised tho. My choice would be Kim Elise. Kim Elise is classic black Hollywood. I could see her as a strong attorney and mother. She would do the role justice. I can’t really think of another black actress who could play it, well perhaps Angela Bassett but Kim would nail it.

My vote is for Regina King to play Michelle Obama. Will and Regina had great chemistry in Enemy of the State.

Angela Bassett?? Angela’s good but not as Michelle Obama. Regina King did have good chemistry with Will but I have to go with Kimberly Elise for the role of Michelle Obama. Remember her in the movie with Denzel Washington John Q? She nailed it as the strong black mother. Absolutely, Kimberly Elise on this one.
